Default Necromancer Degen with SV

This is my degen build. I originally made it for PvP but later took it out into PvE.

Blood Magic 13 (12+1) Curses 10 (6+3+1) Soul Reaping 8 (7+1) Illusion Magic (6)

Skills:

Enfeebling Blood
Life Siphon
Arcane Echo
Life Transfer{E}
Conjure Phantasm
Faintheartedness
Insidious Parasite
Sympathetic Visage

Method (breifly)

In PvP i find this build is effective against warriors. Cast enfeebling blood and sv to reduce damage then cast life transfer and life siphon. When you have enough energy cast insidious parasite. keep recasting these spells as they where off and recharge.

Any advice on improving this build is appreciated and criticism is welcome but please make it constructive

You don't have any energy management. Bring Signet of Lost Souls.

Suffering would be better I think than Faintheartedness, only because it affects more people. While Faintheartedness does slow down enemy attacks, if you want IP to work well, then you don't really need faintheartedness.

I like PB or even PP over conjure phantasm (if you plan to use Life Transfer).

I'm guessing you like to over degen just to counter Troll or HB or some other healing regen. If so, CP is good then, but I still like PB.
